Default Spectrum Mobile

Has anyone switched cell phone service to Spectrum Mobile? They have a very compelling story, using the Verizon network. Wondering how well it really works in The Villages and elsewhere when traveling.

It mirrors Verizon's coverage.

Same with Cricket Wireless. They use the AT&T towers

Looks like the exact same plan XFinity offers. We have theirs which also uses Verizon network. No complaints at all. Love the lower bill.

After 25 years, my husband switched from AT&T to Spectrum Mobile and he is very pleased. Where we are located (McClure), we weren't getting all our calls with AT&T and now he has excellent service and the price is better than it was with AT&T. When we travel in our RV, he can use Spectrum Mobile as a hot spot. As we travel, Spectrum hot spots are automatically used. So far there are no downsides. I have hung on to AT&T just in case my husband had any issues with Spectrum Mobile, but so far he has had much better service than I have. I guess it is time for me to switch, too.

I used the Sprint network for many years, until I switched to the Verizon network. The straw that broke the camel's back was when Sprint started an ad campaign, that actually admitted that their network was not the best. Their own ads caused me to cancel their service. To me, there is no question that Verizon has the best cellular network.
