It might be helpful if you gave a bit more detail.

Isis laptop, 6 mo. Old, turn on computer, normally asks for access code but nothing but screen saver. Thats all I've got. I've turned it on/off but nothing but screen saver.

I would try unplugging it and remove the battery. Then, reinstall the battery and restart. Good luck.

Note: If the battery is built in, try holding down the power button for 15 or 20 seconds to completely shut down the laptop.

Do you mean Asus laptop? I've never heard of an Isis laptop. What is the operating system? Windows 10, *ux, is it a Chromebook?

Assume still under warranty......call your provider and see what they want you to do to fix it, may need to ship it back or you can take it to a local guy and get an estimate and discuss with your provider.
