Uh, yourself. Buy a product called "Coil Clean", follow the directions and save yourself some money.

Also, if someone inspected your system and stated it needed to be cleaned, get a second opinion from a reliable source. I have heard many stories from people being told they had mold and required extensive "cleaning" when there was nothing more than dust and common dirt.
