Default Front Door Glass

I have heard there are services that will install glass in your solid Front door on site.

Does anyone have a recommendation or a good experience with this or is a new door the answer?

Thanks

Perry's near Spanish Springs. They have done many in TG. They did my half glass door.

I've heard nothing but good reports about Perry's. The doors are really pretty.

Perry's of course. Had our front door and sidelight done. Huge selection of inserts. They took their time with us at the showroom, answered our concerns, let us take a catalog back with us to look over.
They were at our house for less than an hour to start and complete the job. The workers apologized for being late, (about 15 minutes).

Just had Perry's install a full glass insert today. They were wonderful at the showroom and took lots of time with us. Offered incentives and lots of information. Arrived here on time today and took no more than 20 minutes. The door looks great now and it is wonderful to have all that light shine in. We keep thinking we've left the front door open!!

So...I'm assuming this would allow you to get the cheapest front door possible during your selection process and then upgrade later? I keep hearing these horror stories about how some doors can cost thousands of dollars...we really don't want to add more money than necessary to the cost of our house. So this is something we could later -- approximately how much does this cost?

Another vote for Perrys. We love our front door. Their prices are very reasonable. They have a large selection of designs. And some doors are usually on sale in their display room.

Default Front Door Glass

Another vote for Perry's. My husband and I drove around for a few days, looking at other people's glass doors. Finally found one that would fit with the style/color etc for our home. We took a picture of it and brought it in to the showroom and they worked with us to find the "perfect' door. It helped for me to narrow down the choice - the Perry's staff did a great job.

When we purchased our home, we had as standard install, a 6 panel front door, with a half glass sidelight. We opted to pick a solid door with a clear glass sidelight because we knew that we could at a later date, pick out the inserts, with plenty of time to look and peruse at the myriad of choices, vs. taking valuable time when working with your design team member and try to decide what you would want. OVERLOAD!!
