I totally agree with doing this to a NEW home... In 2010 we had all of the floors tiled throughout the house and all of the countertops re-done before we moved in. I cannot imagine the inconveniences and outright havoc that performing these services in an inhabited home would be!!!!

I've started a list of contractors and will be definitely checking them out if I buy something that needs updating!
