Did you contact them? Did Warranty contact them? If not, I would be very cautious. If you are looking for another opinion/quote try SPS Roofing. We used them for some repairs and they did an excellent job. Phone 352-347-8530.

OP, if you think you have a roof problem, call your insurance company FIRST. my understanding, if the roof is worn out no coverage, if you have hail or other damage, then you may have some coverage. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER sign an assignments of benefits document. If you have some coverage, ask your insurance what companies you should use.

I agree. That's exactly what I did. My insurance company setup the inspection. Claim was approved. They recommended an a BBB rated roofer (A rating). Roof will be replaced next month.

Does the assignment of benefits mean that they have to accept what the insurance company is paying? They came to us with this form but didn't provide a quote. Said they would accept what the insurance company would pay and we would just have to pay the deductible, but the form is very misleading.
