Lowes and Home Depot, 10% military discount. I choose Lowes.
|
How soon do you need them
Home Depot doesn't stock all the appliances in their stores. If you need it delivered or want to pick it up immediately, Lowes is a better choice.
Just remember, the more bells and whistles, the more there is to go wrong. Also ice makers take up a lot of space if in door dispensing is important, check the different capacities of side by sides, French door and freezer over refer. Good luck, they don't make them like my grand dads Kelvinator, anymore. |
I like Costco - they double the warranty. In TV I use GE appliances, they work like a tank in the battlefield. Up north I use Miele, they need pampering. Samsung appliances tend to be pretty but treat them as strictly disposable. No worthwhile service.

I agree with one of the previous posters -- DO NOT buy Samsung. Poor quality, poor customer service, difficult to find someone to service them.

New Washer & Dryer
Call Setzer’s in Gainesville. We bought all our appliances from them. Knowledgeable staff who will not steer you wrong. They have a location in Ocala as well, though a much smaller showroom. If delivery, installation and service after the sale are important to you, do NOT buy appliances from a big box store. The only exception to this would be Costco.

Big Costco appliances sale now. No need to visit store

There is a Best Buy outlet in Ocoee. We got some good deals on appliances, but make sure all the installation parts were with the one you pick out. I would also recommend buying the 2 year warranty plan. Not sure what it’s called, but it includes free delivery and take away.

I have a Samsung stainless 36 wide refrigerator with new, came with house just bought
It has French drawers up top and a freezer drawer at the bottom. it’s fairly new. It came with the house that we just bought in August. Willing to let it go for a great price.

funny you ask, after much research i decided on an electrolux washer. it's a solid piece of machinery that does cost more, but when i compared it to the expense of repairs & cost of having to use the laundromats when they break down, i decided to chance it. this thing is amazing! it's a front loader, washes in half the time, with many options. is quiet and the heavily soiled clothes come out very clean with 1 cycle. if you can manage to look @ one, please do. Lowe's do not have any on site, but was told by the installer, BestBuy has them. Good Luck on whatever you decide!

Ordered my washer from Lowe's. On sale plus my discount for using Lowe's card. Delivery as soon as I want.
