Maybe they're caught

If this post is not supposed to be released then moderator, please retract? Anyway, I was traveling to a store in Wildwood yesterday and a couple law enforcement officers had a work truck pulled over and the side of the big truck said All American Brick Pavers. For whatever reason they were pulled over and all were standing outside their vehicles, they have a little more trouble it seems than its worth.

You also have to ask for how many resolved claims they have had in the last one or two years. Just last year there were a large number of unresolved claims and a large number of resolved. I know you can not please everyone but I have dealt with many people doing many jobs in The Villages and have never filed one other complaint.
What is strange is that I saw someone complaining online and told Trish and she said let her know of this...that again you can not please everyone....it is a standard line. When she took us to jobs...she also said more than once...this customer left her and then begged her to come back and finish the job. Yes, we all begged since we were out money and they do a nice job. Just do not pay upfront and you might be pleased...they will do a good job to get their(your) money...just remember DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY UP FRONT.

We have had this company knock our door for estimates. We saw the postings and turned them straight down. Thank you for looking out.

I kept at BBB until they removed their rating. She was using their A+ rating as a tool to lure in her customers. A real nightmare to work with. She is "ticked" at us and says she will never return to our house. Left us with 3 stained pavers she said she would replace. I can deal with the 3 stained pavers better than dealing with her. Other than that the workmenship was good but not worth the stress we were put through. It took us 10 months for a "3 day" job.

SAme story with same person and no help,wish we had spoken first. New to this site.

She came out again and replaced about 1/2 of the defective pavers. When she finally returned my calls this week to find out when the repair work would be finished she told me she would be NOT be completing the repair work as promised. Her words were "I have already spent too much time and money on your job". She told me that we could call the paver manufacturer directly and fight with them and then told me that I would have to pay her additional money to have the rest of the defective pavers replaced. We are sick about this as it was an expensive job and the driveway looks terrible with all these stains. We were promised quality work using a quality product. She assured us she would stand by her work and were promised that the defective pavers would be replaced. We now have about 30 pavers with "oil like spots" all over them and a contractor refusing to service her customers and honor her word. Please, please beware of this company.

They have a new company now- I think they call themselves ' perfect Creations"- Same people, same run-around.

Beware of all american

They will take your money and vanish. Never ever pay them anything up-front, if you do, wave goodbye. Understand both of them have criminal records in lake Co. Check it out. Bad news.
most contractors in the area are honest and provide good work. good luck.

THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD NEWS. There is little you can do. Just learn, and tell your friends not to have anything to do with them. Thet's what is so great about this website. You can get the word out to everyone. Too many Villagers have paid the price of dealing with them.
Here's something new. They have added another name for their co. . Always ask if they are Rocky and Trish Colon. They can't easily change thier personal names.

I paid up front,, They have expanded the driveway, ground the high spots and now waiting for her to install the pavers.

Ken.....tell her all of The Villages will be watching them through this forum....good luck and keep us posted.
