Default Buried Downspout - Who Should I Contact?

Has anyone had buried downspouts installed? Who did you use? Or who does this?

Any landscaper should be able to do this. Discuss with the landscaper, and then get ARC approval, be sure that what is being proposed is not going to interfere with existing drainage. yours or your neighbors, and that it is installed according the the ARC approval.

My neighbor has buried downspouts that seem to go to a drain and pipe that runs between our houses. That area is always wet and I am wondering if it could cause an erosion problem or possibly something akin to a sink hole between our houses. Any thoughts?

IMO it my just Might be low spot in the yard where water collects. Do you see the water coming out of the down spot and not going down the drain? Is so it may be particularly blocked/plugged? Or it could be irrigation leak?

In our former house, our landscaper buried our downspouts--10 years ago. We didn't have a wet yard in 8 years.

I have to correct my previous post. I had a problem with an existing drain and the location of the popup. I called Community Standards, and was told they do not review the location of the drains, so I had it moved very close to the street, and had the lawn resodded. Now waiting for a good rain to see the results.
