Default Buying furniture from classified

Hi I’m new here & in July I’m going to be furnishing my CYV in Hadley. I’ve seen some good items in the classified section but I don’t know if there’s a service I can use to transport a large item such as an entertainment unit or if I just need to rent a truck for the day. Any ideas gratefully accepted. Thank you.

Yes. There are several. Try Village Mover, at 352-751-2750. We had a quote to have them move a living room set, but turns out I was able to have a friend give me a hand. If not, they were going to do it.

An insured handyman, in case the furniture, your house, the sellers house, etc, incurs any damage.

Several used furniture stores nearby and they deliver.

HOME DEPO used to rent trucks by the hour. I have not done it in years but it was like $18.00 an hour.

We tried to do that once in PA and were told they only rented them to people transporting Home Depot purchases. Don't know if that is true at all locations.

Just FYI.

k.
