Warning stay away from Key Scales Ford,
Terrible Service department, they refuse to work on my 2 year old vehicle which is still under warranty because I gave them a poor report on a survey after a terrible service visit. Poor management and ownership.

Contact Ford's corporate headquarters and let them fix the problem with the dealer. The squeaking wheel get the grease.

My friend just had trouble with their service department last week. She also gave them a bad review. We deal with Villages Ford (2 years) so far no complaints

I suspect there are real consequences (to the dealership) for bad survey reviews and they aren't willing to risk another bad review. As far as I know, as long as they aren't refusing you service because of race, sex, religion, etc. they are within their rights not to serve you. This begs the question as to why you would want to go back there after a previous bad experience. Move on to another dealership.

I had similar issue with a Ford Product few years back

Service dept wouldn't return my phone calls concerning warranty issues.

I called Ford started my conversation with

Hello I own a one of your Vehicles however I can seem to get the dealers service dept to scheduled an appointment or return my calls. I've tried repeatedly with no results.

How do suggest I get your product repaired?

Within 20 minutes I had a call from the dealership
They were very apologetic.

I had a great experience in Clermont last year when I bought a new Hyundai from Hyundai of Central Florida. No dealer fees, best price on autotrader. They are owned and operated by the same people that own Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee. They have two other locations as well, Apopka and New Smyrna Beach. I would check them out before buying a Ford.
