Default Problem with drywall repair!

We had Ken's Drywall fix cracks in the ceiling in our lanai and garage last Oct. while we were back home. We weren't able to return until this week and found the garage has cracked again already.

I called him and he refuses to come and look at it. He says he has been doing them for 37 years and never had any crack so there was no need to look at it. He says the drywall probably wasn't put up properly in the first place.

Any suggestions on what we can do.

I know your house is out of warranty but I'd call Home Warranty, anyway. They might be able to offer a suggestion or light a fire under Ken's since he is a known contractor to them. Otherwise, I guess take pictures of the cracks, have someone else repair them and then go to small claims court. Good luck!
