I would watch out for, first, signing a contract for a year or two and second, are you getting a special promotional price for three or six months and then...surprise, surprise, surprise. We've signed you up and you have either six months plus of much higher than expected rates. I would do all the homework first and get things in writing if you are contracted for any length of time.

Same thing happened to us in Sunset Pointe. It was irritating to the point that we went back to Comcast.

Have you considered Brighthouse? All services are available. We have had them for 1 1/2 years with no problems with TV or internet (we dont have a house phone). They are only south of 466A. Good luck

we live south of 466A. We switched from Comcast to Brighthouse for TV, Internet and land line. Cost $140 a month. Internet speed is impressive. We continue to use Verizon for our Wireless cell Phones. BH has an office on 301. Take 44 and make a right on 301 for a block and it is on the right.
Hope that helps.

We are also going back to Comcast. We have had Century Link for 2 years and periodically we go freezing episodes on the tv with generally aggravating long sessions on the phone with techs who are frequently clueless. Don't even try to stream a pay for view movie you will never be able to watch it for all the choppiness. They just don't have enough bandwidth. It's about time for a price increase so we are bailing before we pay even more for the questionable service.
