Default Comcast vp?

I recently saw a posting with a customer contact for the Villages from Comcast. I believe it was a VP attempting to "step up" and resolve some of the garbage Comcast puts their customers through. Can someone pls help me out with this contact person's info?

My story:
Newlywed with combined household. My wife joined me from Boca Raton. My mistake by telling her there was an office in Leesburg that we could return her equipment. As it turns out, they, Comcast, will only take the equipment back in south Florida and they gave her only two offices to pick from. I'm not about to take these items back there and spend that money on a trip just at the whim of a "nationwide" company. What a total load of crap done by some power mad local corporate bureaucrat. Maybe a bonfire in Leesburg fueled with Comcast equipment? This is corporate bullying and incompetence at it's worst.

Have you asked Comcast about shipping the items to the designated office? This would be less expensive than driving down there or being charged for the equipment.

I was only to the Leesburg office once but I assure you they were taking equipment from local customers but be prepared for long long lines.

Just got a voicemail from Ms Brainard. She told me Comcast equipment can be turned in anywhere. Thanks again for the help and thanks to Ms Brqainard for stepping up. More people like her may be able to turn Comcast around.
