Default Conflicting Roof advice on Ridge & Drip??

I need a new roof...i have conflicting advice...
Same advice and replacement- EXCEPT...
Roofer #1 ...says NEW Ridge Vents and Drip Edge
Roofer #2 ...says KEEP old Ridge and just replace shingles over it and KEEP Drip Edge so gutters are not disturbed.

My gutters are fine...my roof is a hip-roof with gutters all around.
DO I GO WITH NEW RIDGE & DRIP EDGE or keep old?
Cost is not a big deal... its- do i create a future loose gutter issue by removing them and rehanging for a new drip edge?
And with a new Ridge Vent apparently the aluminum vents dont get shingled and look less attractive?
((This is what im being told to consider))

If the drip edge is in good shape, I wouldn't bother with the added expense of removing the gutter, then replacing.
It's pretty hard to re-roof and save the ridge venting. Ridge venting is not expensive, material wise.
I was given a choice, if I wanted aluminum or shingle over (with added cost)
They still sell shingle over ridge venting. My opinion it would look better on a hip roof.
Might want to get a #3 roofer bid.

Not here but in a prior life in Ohio, our roofer convinced me to re-use the old ridge venting on a complete re-roof job. Sounded like an OK decision and would save a few $$ but it looked terrible once the job was done. It couldn't be nailed down enough to look better than a blind wood-butcher type handi-man would have done. So, I'll never re-use that vent again.
