There was a power garage door screen in our house when we bought it.
My wife cares for lots of flowers, and we don't have a service door.
We wore out two pricey motors in 4 1/2 years from usage.

First one had a 5 yr. warranty, no charge but two $95.00 service calls.
Same service charge for the second motor, but no 5 year warranty,
it was put under the warranty from the 1st motor.

Needless to say, I now have manual slider garage door screen, no more expensive motors to replace for us.

I am truly sorry to hear about your luck with the motorized unit. We actually pride ourselves on our before AND after the sale service. Our products have slightly longer warranties of 7 years with very few issues (if any) during or after the warranty period. Our products are made right here in the USA with very high quality motors. We had initially tried some products from China but found the quality was definitely lacking so we made the choice to get a better product line and support our domestic partners instead. We invite you to give us a try if you are ever want to try a motorized product again.
