Do you mean a composite (aka Trex) decking company? The stores selling this product will probably have contractors.

Not sure what you are planning but this sounds like a project that will require ARC approval (outdoor deck?), please do not skip this, there were complaints recently and the homeowner had to remove the project.

FWIW - Be aware that composite decking has some ventilation requirements to keep it from swelling and growing mold. As I recall it needs 18+" of ground clearance with airflow. On my project I had to use ProCell, now Azek, which is not composite but a PVC product. Last comment, in either case, but specifically on the PVC decking, I recommend joists be 12" on centers to eliminate bouncing.
