Why any deposit? Do they have to order special material? In general do not give a deposit as the company should be able to carry the costs of the job for a few weeks. But if the contractor is a small company and needs the cash for supplies I can see a small deposit.

We had Alexander Tile do our flooring job while we were gone. Honest caring couple. Perhaps they charged a bit more but we are very happy with their work. We bought the tile with their corporate rate, gave them 50% down, went on our vacation and came back to a beautiful job well done. BTW they had to fire their helper and did the entire job themselves. James said that most of the "help" around here are druggies.

Smile Seniors vs Crime

Call Seniors vs Crime to see if and if so how many complaints have been filed against them and how the issues were settled. Never sign with a Business without calling Seniors vs Crime to determine their record(s).
