That doesn’t seem logical ,the warranty fine print might define the battery replacement criteria but refusing to sell batteries is insane call the owner.

i ask chris for his boss ,s phone number, chris said he would have his boss call me. it has been over 10 days and still no call. if chris said anything to his boss?? i would like to hear from matt or find his office.

It is strange that they didn’t want to make the sale. An electric cart is only as good as the weakest battery so replacing 4 instead of 6 would not put you at 100%.
