They are not regulated by DBPR. my neighbors 4 out of the last five they had were convicted felon's and one served repeated jail time over 20 year period.
Install some cameras also.

I have a suspicion (with no proof) that there are one or two guys on lawn crews (probably without employer knowledge) who are on the lookout for things like e-bikes in areas where they can be stolen. They might not steal the things themselves. They might sell addresses and details for a few dollars each. Lawn crews may have a half dozen minimum wage workers, and do you recognize all of them? I wouldn’t accuse a person unfairly, but I had an unused $3400 electric bike stolen from inside a garage with an opaque sliding screen door. No idea who did it, but the bike might have been seen by someone with a power blower blowing grass off my driveway, but not by someone out on the street. I wouldn’t have recognized anyone on that crew.

Does Felipe's service the southern areas? Also does he take care of weeds in the beds?
I know Son Life does south and heard good things but do they take care of weeds in the beds?
My service does an okay job with mowing, even though I think they mow a little too short, but I'm not there for the summer and I keep reminding them but can't get them to take care of weeds.
I have cameras and see when they come and hope I'll see them take care of weeds each time but they don't even look in the beds. I can see the weeds on the camera so they're getting pretty bad.

R Perez and Sons do a good job with my lawn, bushes and weeding. Very reliable.

Watch out for Massey. My neighbor hired them about 6 months ago and they seeded with St Augustine in a Zoysia area. It's invaded my lawn now.
