The Villages Ins @ Spanish Springs DOES have an answering machine that is on after hours and on weekends. If the machine does not pick up, it is because someone else is already leaving a message. The agents will return calls regarding claims occuring after hours but they have NO information regarding coverage, payments, etc when they are not at the office. Hope this helps.
