Default Dryer vent cleaning

Can anyone recommend a company for dryer vent cleaning on a CYV? Preferably for under $100-I’ve had some extortionate quotes so far. Thanks

I bought a kit from one of the big box stores, and did my own, I found the prices charged were too high. It was fairly easy, once i had the dryer out of the way. After 5 years, there was very little dust etc., in the vent, it appears the dryer screen did a very good job.

They have to climb on our roof...……..and it is still less than $50 bucks.

Thanks for the information. I am going to live dangerously and not do anything. I only wash clothes every 30 days or so.

For the DIY's, this makes it very easy to get the dryer out of the way and access the vent. Also keep the connection from the dryer to the vent very short.

Magvent Dryer Vent

I've used a leaf blower once a year into the vent to keep it clear.
