Default Electronics Handyman

Looking for that guy/gal who is highly skilled in electronics, preferably an independent, who is reliable, dependable, and cost efficient. Would be great if you had a positive experience with your recommendation. My job is small, possibly only replacing an HDMI cable.
Thanking you in advance for your valuable information and willingness to help.
