Hope that helps!

I have commented about White Aluminum here in the past - favorably I might add. But if you want the latest then PM me and I'll elaborate, it is way too lengthy to go into here, but it is NOT positive.

We have a two bedroom ranch and had our lanai enclosed with glass doors by Blackburn Construction. They raised our floor to meet the living room and took out the glass door from the lv to the lanai. We have 6 feet of screen on each side and two sliding doors. Also had the same tile put down as the rest of our house. The room is now a Florida room. And only took 3 weeks for the total job. Awesome!!

Default John Hill Aluminum

I recently purchased a ranch home in Duval that has Acrylic windows in the lanai that were installed by John Hill Aluminum in Dec 2010. I have some questions concerning these windows and have left messages for John over the past 10 days for him to call me. As of today 4/11/11 he has not. Does anyone know if he is out of town or out of business? I called 352-753-1701 and his voice message says he is not available but my call is important to him and I was to leave a message, I did my part now I hope John does his.

may i suggest...before you contract with anyone call cook aluminum/thumper's retractable garage screen doors, 352 342 7809.

we are using them to replace old plastic windows with new acrylic sliders on our lanai and they had the best price and service around! am sure they are more than price competitive with bigger projects.

we had martin aluminum construct a screen room for us prior to replacing these windows and i regret that we did not contact thumper at that time!

Thank you for your information but I am not looking to install new acrylic windows. I already have them I need to speak to the company that installed them in my lanai this past December.

shirart - sorry if i confused you - my post was meant for sonny&karen [the OP] who was seeking info for their lanai enclosure...hoping they will contact thumper's because their price for our work was so much lesss than what was estimated by martin aluminum and white aluminum. hope you make your contact.
