Harbortown Homes (352) 259-3379 they have done multiple work of that type in our neighborhood. they did mine. they give you an accurate start date and end date. no money up front. they bring weekly invoices. I had a minor problem after completing and one call and they were there in an hour.

OP, are you extending using a birdcage construction (aluminum and screening) or extending with roof, and associated support columns. Makes a really big difference. Are you attempting to remove the existing columns, headers and move all of this to the new location, makes a HUGE difference.

We’ve had them do a patio expansion, as well as a driveway expansion. We then had them build us a pool. The construction process and subsequent work has been nothing but outstanding. They’ve been nothing short of fantastic in addressing our needs. As recently as a few weeks ago, they fixed an issue well out of warranty. In fact it was done within a day of my placing a call. I’ll be happy to share more in-depth experiences with anyone who wants more info.

Cool.

We'll jus say, mine was a project from hell. Never seen anything like it and in a prior life, I've built millions of SF of commercial and residential properties.

Well you’ve got me there. I’ve only had a pool, a driveway and a patio expansion done by them, and I couldn’t more pleased by their work. But, if I ever need a shopping mall or an airport built, I’ll be sure to shop around.
