Signed up with Fertigator for their full package in April. That is supposed to include bush trimming every two months, with regular lawn maintenance and care. These are the pics my neighbor sent to me this week.

When I called Fertigator to discuss the lack of bush trimming and lawn care, I was told it's because of all the rain. Well, no other lawns on my street look like this!

It's so difficult when you are less than a snowbird, to keep things in shape. You must rely on the companies you hire! I will call them every week until things look better. :-(

Ask to speak to the owner, he is normally very responsive.

Sorry for the issues you are having. We used Fertigator for several years in our first Villages home. The service started out well and the property recovered very nicely from the previous service. But, as time went on, the service slowly began to decline. Many excuses, like sorry they teams were not in your part of the Villages this week, it's too hot, we can't hire enough people. At one point they even sub contracted the work out to someone else. It came down to weekly calls just to get what we were paying for done. At one point I actually started to cut the monthly payment down when they failed to show each week. This did get there attention for a short time.

Best advice, next time you're here, ask around your neighbors and see who they use. Look for someone local, not a big name company.

I used Fertigator for a year.
At first they were like ants whipping my lawn and shrubs into great shape making my lawn the envy of my neighbors.
Like all contractors they sit back cut back on service
Had to call call call. Finally fired them called Deans have used them for 2 years going on 3...Not the greatest but it works for now
There is no lawn service that stands out in the crowd.
It's all about how fast they can get in get out and move on to the next property
