Happy with the lawn and insect part but not with the palm and shrub trimming. $1200 for a year C/Y villa.

Very happy with Fertigator..............Over 5 years.

They did my landscaping project as well.

Two years. Very happy. $141/mo full service. Had several before Fertigator. We got rid of them all.

Resident for 5 years and been through at least 4 different lawn services, including Fertigator. All the "big" companies promise the moon and start out well, but as time goes on, service goes down. We've found that a single, hard working, lawn service operation is a much better choice. Found Morgan's Whole 9 yards and have been very happy for the last year and a half. They do everything, lawn, shrubs, weeds, irrigation and fertilizer for $150 a month. We have a large pie shaped lot and this is a bargain! Look around your neighborhood for the local operators and ask around. DO NOT ever, ever, ever pre pay for service, no matter how much savings they promise. Good Luck!

Definitely not happy with Fertigator. I have to call them for everything, then it takes 2 more calls, and eventually whatever I'm calling about will get done. But....it's a PAIN! I think they know that we are not here and take advantage of that.

No! We had to call them to even show up to do the service. Our lawn was nice looking when they were hired. Over the year, it has a fungus and turned into the worst lawn in the neighborhood. After a year of excuses of why it was bad (not their fault), we cancelled the service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It does depend on the technician servicing the property. We did receive a notice about 10 months after having them stating that our tech was no longer with the company..... They didn't even try to do anything for 2 more months..

Lawn cutting is "OK" Other things like weed control have to call them at least two or three times. Charge you $2 to have auto pay on cc

May I make a Generalization????...................

As with every contractor in TV, people have good experiences and bad experiences.

There are some Lawn People who will not get a good review on ToTV.......too many bads.


So if you get positive votes, probably a good one..........not perfect, good.

Good post. After over twelve years, my observation is that the Teck assigned to your account is the key to good service. You get a good Teck and then it changes. It’s rare to have the same person over a year or two. Never had Fertigator. A good friend did and was very satisfied until his Teck left and “things” went south.

We have Massey and 1st rate Lawn (out of Leesburg) for mowing and trim, etc. The various applications put on your yard are most important IMHO. Fungus and bugs here can quickly damage your yard. Don’t expect “perfection” mowing the way we might have done it in our younger years but do expect a company to keep the fungus and bugs from destroying your yard by proper and timely lawn applications from whatever company you decide to hire.

Massey does not mow lawns. We had Massey and Cutting Edge at our former house. Cutting Edge was reliable, did good work, and actually showed up on time every week in the summer for our snowbird neighbors after their two prior lawn mowers did not his first two years.

Massey does all the pest control, lawn applications, weed spraying and irrigation. 1st rate does the mowing and trim bushes/trees on as needed basis.
