The deposit amount turned out to be a non-issue. I discussed my concerns with Christine and Joe - without hesitation, they accommodated my preference and we executed the contract.

Roughly 5 weeks later they arrived with the materials and spent about 6 hours installing.

Phenomenal....did you read that? Absolutely a phenomenal, top shelf installation. Christine and Joe are perfectionists from start to finish to cleanup to haul away. Attention to detail - and accommodating my every need - was unprecedented.

I wasn't the easiest customer. I had tons of questions along the way. They precisely answered every question with detail and made sure I understood every aspect of the answer.

My install was all indoor motorized roller shades. They provided as many remotes as I wanted and programed them to my exact specifications. They also provided me with a phone app that allows me to control all shades. All of that took extra time and they had no issues accommodating my every desire.

They noticed - before I did - that one of the shades had a manufacturers defect in the shade material. Minor but noticeable if you look close enough. Zero issue - they ordered a replacement shade and once in, will be back to replace it.
