My mother had hers done by a young attorney who she really liked. I think his name is Patrick Smith. He is with the Joseph Pippen practice: 727-586-3306. Has several office locations in the area.

Eic Millhorn is the best. The Millhorn lawfirm has one office in the shopping plaza across from the Methodist Church (the one with Little Bits) and their main office is on Hwy 441 across the street from Bealls. They're the best and the price is right too. I guarantee their work, I used to be a paralegal there. Nice guy too.

I was very happy with Millhorn. He did my wills and my trust.

I would not recommend Mclin & Burnsed. They have packaged pricing and take over 3 months to prepare a simple will. Ownership changed a few weeks ago and they laid off a number of people including attorneys. Now guess what the turnaround time will be?

If you need the full Kahuna (with apologies to Villages Kahuna)...i.e. health care directive, living will, power of attorney, revocable trust, will, etc.... Andrew Curtis is an option. He does a number of seminars...advertised in the paper and his fee to do everything is pretty reasonable...I believe $399 for a single person and $499 for a couple.

If you're just updating other docs, then one of the other options mentioned may serve you better. At one time, Citizens First bank was offering a complimentary review of your existing docs thru a local trust officer/attorney....basically a lead for them to get you to engage their services.

I also agree that Eric Millhorn of the Millhorn Law Firm does an excellent job. We were very happy with his work.
