Default Removal of Magnolia Tree

We're buying a cyv and there is a 10 to 12 foot magnolia tree in the back courtyard that I would like to have removed. Since I can't get a truck in the back yard to pull it up, does anyone know of someone who can handle this? I suspect it might be transplantable (is that a word) but not sure if this is the right time of year for that. Thanks for info.

Wendy, you might want to check your deed restrictions or better yet check with the Architectural Review people. There are some restrictions that may or may not apply.

Wendy said "I suspect it might be transplantable" which implied it was living.
