The few problems I've had with my doors, Ryan has always fixed right away.

And he's the best dressed garage door repairman that I've ever encountered.

He was here within 1/2 hour after I called. In no time had the problem fixed.
He's at the top of my list - would recommend him to all who need garage door repairs.

Thumbs down Ryan Ocull

Just called to use him per the recommendations. He has no customer service qualities and is very rude. I would not recommend him unless you are desparate.

I have called Ryan 3 times and he has always arrived in less than 15 minutes. I found him to be very polite to the point that I told him to stop calling me ma'am.

There is NO ONE to call but Ryan for a garage door problem. First let me say, I am not a friend or relative, just a villager who found his name posted often for door problems. I called today and he was here in less than 25 min., walked in tried one thing, that was not the problem and he immediately knew what WAS wrong. Fixed in maybe 15 minutes and one of the nicest people you could meet. I said, "you must be very busy with all the positive things people write on line about you". Nothing people on this forum write about him is an exaggeration. BTW, while he was here I asked a question about what I had paid another garage door repair to fix (key pad) but after the fix it did not work and they wanted a $59 additional service call to come check it again ! The "problem" turned out to be when the other place put in the new code, they neglected to add a digit. Can't imagine if I had let them come and charge me again .... Definitely Ryan is the only person to call as so many on here say ! He fixed the main problem (a part in the drive) and "fixed" the keypad that never worked by just adding a digit to the code ! No wonder he is so highly recommended !

It is really hard to believe it was the same Ryan. I am not a friend or relative, just a customer and it's really hard to imagine him being rude in ANY way, just such a happy and very skilled guy. Any possibility it was not the same Ryan ????

Someone on here posted that they called him and when he came he was "RUDE"... can anyone on here who has had had him do work for them, with his soft, quiet way of speaking and his "get to work ethic", even imagine him being "rude" to anyone ????? I sure can't. Wonder if it's possible they had him mixed up with some other "Ryan", can't believe it was Ryan O'Cull !

I can't believe it was Ryan O'Cull that bgamble3 is talking about. Every time I needed a door repair Mr. O'Cull was there quickly and fixed the problem. One time I called him he was not in town and his replacement guy came out and replace a broken spring. What a tough job that is and he fixed it quickly. He even knew what to bring with him to fix it by my description over the phone. A class guy and a class substitute.

This is amazing, I have a broken spring, I started to read these posts, called Ryan after the reading the first two, he called me back in less than 2 minutes and is on the way will be here in 15 minutes. This is unheard of service. I'll post back after he leaves, thank you all.

***WOW*** here it is 40 minutes later and Ryan has come and gone, in between he replaced 2 springs. Amazing service, quality work and very fair pricing. Highly recommend him.
