Default Tivo....h e l p

We just purchased a TIVO and wonder if anyone can offer any advice about the service. Guess we have to call in a tech to set it up. This hi-tech stuff is getting so very sophisticated that a PhD may be in order. ;-)

Any suggestions appreciated.....barb

Do not have a TIVO but it should be fairly simple. Do you have the instruction/operation manual? Connect the incoming cable from the wall into the back of TIVO where it says CABLE. Connect a HDMI cable from the HDMI connection on the back of TIVO to the TV HDMI input port. Plug the TIVO electrical plug into a power source. You will probably need to order a CABLE CARD from your cable provider to plug into the TIVO.
