Purchased home Oct 2006, home not used on regular basis (still not retired)...can someone recommend a plumber or someone who can do maintainance on our hotwater heater (purging system). Anyone know approximate cost of something like this.
Need someone to check sprinkler system to be sure heads are okay and just general maintenance check..again aproximate cost.
Not sure if these two items are a necessary yearly maintainence or are they unnecessary expenses???
Any input will be appreciated. Thanks
