Where we lived there was a Sams and Costco within a mile of each other. Because of this they competed very heavily on items such as TVs and eyeglasses/contact lenses and many other smaller items.
We found the Costco always cleaner and the staff and systems better.
Since Sams is the only one in town they are not pushed to improve.
Have not had problems here, but still can wish that Costco may start here!
