Default J&K Pressure Washing

A fellow just stopped to ask if I wanted my house pressure washed. His price was $100 for the house, gutters, walks, and lanai.

He said he was licensed and insured; I took his name, but couldn't find his business on the web.

Does anyone know of this fellow?

I haven't heard of them but $100 I think is pretty steep. I have a ranch and I get the house, gutters, walks, light post, lanai, and screen room walls done for $45.

Haven't heard of him, but $100 is high. I have someone do the same things for $45.00.

His name is Richard King - 352-408-2094. I've been using him for 4 years now.

I wonder how long it takes to do all that? I own a pressure washer up here in the North and do my own home. Granted my house here is considerably larger than houses in TV, but still it is a long job to do. While my washer may not be as powerful as a professional uses, it is not a real cheapie either. It is the same quality that a tool rental company would rent out.

I was thinking of taking it with me to TV and maybe do pressure washing as a means to get spending money. However, at $45 I think I would be working for about $8 per hour.

Thanks for the input. Guys knocking on doors seeking work are always suspect.

$100 seems like a lot of $$$ for such a job. Has anyone heard of Testerman's Home Services with a $40 quote?

We have a pressure washer here in Arkansas for our house and it is larger than what we will have in TV someday. We have brick with vinyl trim and we wash the porch, the windows(lots of windows), trim and gutters with the power washer. It takes about an hour to do all of this and certainly not worth $250 that I was quoted here so I think $100 for a smaller house in TV is too high. We invested in a good power washer and also use it for our large screened in porch. $45 doesn't sound too bad if you can't do it yourself.
