Default Kindred Spirits

Yesterday, Sunday November 26, I had a terrible experience at Kindred Spirits La Plaza Grande. Being unfamiliar with this store, I asked where a particular vodka was located and the man on duty told me it was under the sign marked Vodka. Nice response. When I brought it to the register, I asked if it was “on sale” as I had thought. He said...”everything is on sale”. “Why don’t you try WinnDixie”. “This is not Publix, and we don’t take that coupon either”.

Yes, I am very anxious for our new store to reopen.

I always go to Kindred Spirits. I find the prices are always the best in the area. Their wine prices are better than Publix and WD even when those stores have a sale. Probably the only thing owned by The Villages where you can actually get a bargain.

I pick up stuff for my parents there having not drunk much of anything with alcohol in it myself since 1983-1984 when partying with librarians way too much.

They usually treat me OK at the Southern Trace Kindred Spirits when I am there buying something for them.

Not the one at La Plaza Grande (yet). Sure hope they don't. Love the low prices.

Kindred Spirits is owned by The Villages and is the distributor for many of the owned properties.
