You might want to try vinyl planking. Water won’t hurt it and very hard to scratch.

The Floor Shoppe did much of the installation for the Villages own buildings. Did an excellent job on our house at a good price and in a timely manner. Tons of compliments on our floor.

LA Flooring installed Mohawk LVT plank thru out our CYV. Removed rugs, removed baseboard, installed flooring, reinstalled baseboard, touched up where needed. Beautiful job. Owner and son pleasure to deal with. Install team was neat, fast and respectful of furniature. Recommend LA FLOORING highly

SQI (Steve's Quality Installation - removed carpet and ceramic tile from my main living area and replaced it with luxury vinyl plank (LVP). Did a very careful professional job with attention to detail. Would use Steve again in a heart beat

Default Recommendation on Flooring
Robertos and Great Lakes are both good companies.

Agree on getting luxury vinyl plank. Looks nicer, no issues.

LA Flooring on 301 in Wildwood did great job. Paid all $$ after job was done. Great family business to work with. They did my parents Villa. Best price too on luxury vinyl.

They installed our entire house with high-end vinyl plank and did a fantastic job.

They are installers only. We purchased our flooring from a wholesaler in Georgia saving a ton over flooring stores. VGM will also work with local flooring sellers to make it an easy project for you.
