Leveling the floor allows you to install electrical conduits underneath so you can be in code when you install electrical outlets on the exterior walls. T&D did an outstanding job. They do the job right and don't take shortcuts. We were fortunate that we had good low E windows installed as we liked being out there so much we added a Mitsubishi Split system that cools and heats the entire lanai. We use it year round. T&D is very busy and you may have to wait a while to get an estimate and get the job completed, but then, the end result is worth waiting for!
