All these companies are the same. They use liquid applications which lasts 7-10 days. Deans comes out every other month but bills you every month. When we complained about our lawn looking like hay, we were told they don’t use weed killer or iron and they were limited to what they can use due to licensing issue. So we canceled them. We had hired them becuz my husband had a couple of surgeries and couldn’t do it. My husband went back to doing it himself and using the products he used before and the lawn looks green and healthy once again. No complaints again the technician, he can only use the products they give him.

Fact...................best lawn on the street. Period.

Fertigator installed the tank, not me.
Love the concept, a little magic juice everytime I water.
They do a nice job with manual spraying.......landscape, bushes, yard.
They take care of my palms as well.

I've seen neighbors use Deans and leave Deans.

Good Luck.

I also use Fertigator. Been here a Year. Just Bugs at first but 3 months ago added their lawn care.

My Lawn has taken off and especially my flowers and bushes. I don't know what they are potting on there but it works.

Love the Fertigator

I used to have Deans, switched to Fertigator after having an infestation of cinch bugs that Deans said I did not have. I had to physically show him the bugs. I am happy I switched. I did not install the tank thing.

I have Fertigator for the lawn care, shrubs, flower beds and pest control -- what a difference in the lawn since switching from other vendor. I do not have the tank and my lawn looks great.

Go with Fertigator.

In our little Villa village we have homeowners who use both Fertigator or Deans. Some of Dean lawns are nice and other Dean lawns are not. This is same for Fertigators. I think with either company it’ll be a difference on who is willing to return for more at no-charge

Fertigator

We've used them for 5 years. No problems and lawn looks good. Neighbor fired Deans after lawn was a mess of weeds and no satisfaction from complaints.

I just finished my contract with Superior. They were good on the pest control side of things but very disappointed in their lawn care services.

I have interviewed a few companies, and I am down to 2 - Fertigator and Deans. Both are within $10 of each other for my specific home. So, price is not the issue.

Can someone give me their constructive feedback on either or both if you are using them or have used them in the past.

If you are using Fertigator, did you install the tank to your irrigation system to auto fertilize your lawn in addition to what they do manually. Like? Don't like? Why?

Thanks for the feedback.

Have a blessed day
Serge

I have use and have had Deans for the last 2 years , Deans in my experience is far supoerior my lawn has never been in beteer shape , professinal techs giving good service and adviced. Massey & Fertigator, were previously used.

Same with us. Superior ruined our lawn, so when contract was up we switched to Fertigator. Our lawn looks great, but we have had to call them a couple times when it was suddenly looking brown in spots. They got it back to looking great quickly. No tank, just bimonthly treatments for lawn, shrubs, pests.

We have Deans. Bill is bi monthly, not every month. My neighbor had fertigator. It burned up his lawn. Once he cancelled it came back with Deans.

I have no problems with Fertigator.

wamley 05-14-2025 08:54 AM

I would think you would have a back flow prevention valve on the irrigation side of your water system.

I too have GreenSmith. Massey all but killed my lawn so I fired them and now with GreenSmith, it's beginning to look great. They know what they are doing.
