Default Lawn replacement contractor advise requested

I am looking for recommendations for a good contractor/company to replace our lawn that burned out during the drought. If any one has has a good experience with a particular company or knows of one that some one has recommended, pls assist me so I can get our lawn back in order as soon as possible.
I can tell you what lawn sprinkler repair business never to hire. It took them 5 visits and replacing the controller, a couple valves and finally the rain sensor before they finally got it right.
Thank you

Assuming you have Zoysia grass, it's almost impossible to eradicate. With time and water it should regenerate on its own.
