We used Michael Millhorn (Millhorn & Shanawany Law Firm) in March for our Living Trust, Power of Attorneys and Advanced Directives for $400. We would use this firm again.

Couple of big difference when you are pricing a Trust......is the law office funding the trust for you or do you have too
How long do you have to make changes before they charge
A trusted funded with all the bells and whistles should cost between $800-$1000

If your Living (Revocable) Trust is prepared correctly, you do not need a will. Make sure that you do not place any items that have a beneficiary - such as life insurance policies, annuities, etc. in the trust. They pass tax-free to the beneficiary. Putting them in the trust will make them taxable.
