If you are talking about a health directive you might be able to get a free one from your doctor or hospital.

We used Milhorn on 301 not far from the 466 intersection. We had to make sure our will etc. followed the Florida guidelines and they made any changes etc. that we needed.

Talk to Michael Milhorn, he's handled all our legal paperwork for the last 4 years.

A living will? I assume you are addressing such things as your view for heroic medical care. Such things as DO NOT RESUSCITATE. In addition to the paperwork, you want to speak to your family.

Based on experience, your family can demand not to honor your written request for a DNR.

IN MY OPINION-we have some strange laws. Euthanasia is illegal. Sadly, what we do in many cases is allow a person to starve to death and it takes 3-4 days. If, anyone did that to a dog you would be charged with animal cruelty and either get or deserve jail time.

Vermont Ethics Network website has Advanced Directives forms on the website. they are a great starting point for thinking about appointing a health care agent, and wishes/priorities for medical care. Needless to say these are important decisions and important to think about in advance of meeting with someone who you are paying by the hour.
