Default Wildwood Flooring

We are thinking of placing an order for tile flooring in our lanai with Wildwood Flooring. Has anyone used them and what has your experience been?

They are the best. The redid flooring in my 3 bedrooms. Everything done perfectly and cleaned up. I just contracted them to pull out the bathtub in the 2nd bathroom and install a walkin shower. By far the most professional of the 3 different companies that bid. Family owned and they are very nice.

I used Wildwood Flooring to remove the rugs and install laminate flooring a my Patio Villa. They did a good job and I was satisfied with the price and the install.

Be sure the tile is rated for a (potentially) wet location, like shower or bathroom tile, some other form can be very slippery. I would do this even if you are having the lanai enclosed as there may be days when the windows are open and a sudden storm comes up.

Ball park price you paid per square foot to install mid-quality tile in Lanai?

We used The Floor Shoppe, textured porcelain tile and they did a great job. No problem when wet over a 2 year period. We now have our lanai enclosed. Price per square foot depends on the tile you choose and if you need an underlayment.

CAUTION!! Check out the BBB comments! After repeated requests and promises to repair the damage they did, they did NOTHING!!! The owner is very nice until something goes wrong... then look out!! And similar results with good friends of ours. Just saying.. be careful.

IMHO, do not pay up front, and do not make final payment until job is complete and any damage taken care of.

I can only speak about my experience with Wildwood Flooring. I didn't pay them any money until the day after the work was completed. Nothing was damaged and the completed project was good. I'm sorry some have had issues with them.

Wildwood Flooring installed porcelain plank tile in our enclosed. 330 sq ft including tax and materials was around 3 k.
They did laminate in living areas of our first house. Excellent on both jobs.
