I have a friend who bought in the Brownwood area and is looking for someone to do home checks until they move here full time. I want recommendations from those who have RECENT EXCELLENT recommendations of who they have used. I had the best Charlene, but she moved away. So please share who you would fully trust and who is attentive, reliable and thorough with both the interior and exterior of the home check.
