When I bought a new villa in July 2011, I spent about six months before purchasing and still living in the north on this website everyday using the 'search' feature at the top of the page. I looked up everything from painters, landscapers, attic stairs, flooring, what bands at the squares were better, when was market night, what restaurants were better. Eventually I a legal pad filled and when I came here, I could start making calls on day one, no wasted time.
I actually called the painter when I was still up north, that was
Investment Painters. Chris the owner, met me at Lake Sumter Landing before I even closed so I could give him the paint chip I wanted. I wanted light blue walls exactly like I had in the north. I think people have tired of earth tones, plain white walls I can't stand. I sold my home in the north with it's light blue walls in 12 hours after listing.
I closed on Tuesday July 5th, and Chris and his crew was there Wednesday morning at 8am before my furniture or anything else arrived. He brought Sherwin Williams best paint in a 5 gallon can and four painters in their van. They removed all the blinds, since my unit came with blinds, even the 3 sliding doors. They masked all the trim, and started putting drop cloths over everything. I said, we're going to leave and let you guys work.
We went to furniture stores, Century Link store, whatever we needed to do for about 8 hours. We came back at 5pm and everything was returned to normal and we had a beautiful paint job which still looks good almost ten years later.
Investment Painters have probably painted the inside of more homes in TV than any other painting firm. For outside your home, there are many good ones, Oscar's Painters and Steve Kling Painters are two of them, but for the inside painting drywall,
Investment is the best.
