Another vote for Batterbee Roofing Co. Top quality work, the roofers have been with this company for a LONG time. They do 6 nails per shingle (many do only 4), the underlinement is not tar paper but is a strong composite, they do extra coverage on the valleys of the roof, etc. Have them explain what they use and how they do the roofs and you will see there are no cutting corners with this company and they are in the same price range of other companies. They did my roof 4 years ago.

Bowels roofing they use there own crews. They use manufacturers recommended underlayments , ice and water in the valleys, and the entire deck surface and factory ridge caps. This keeps the manufacturers warranty. They are the best priced and very professional.

Batterbee roofing, thousands more for the same Quality and product.

18 years ago I had a new roof put on my house. I had so many leaks and called the roofer every time it rained. After a yearI got the excuse that my warranty was up. I was beside myself and did not know what to do. A friend told me she would talk to her roofer who was Scott Skipper who owns SPS Roofing in Summerfield. He came over and found that roof was not installed correctly. (I have a fireplace) he fixed my roof and would not charge me. Over the years I have referred him to clients and friends. Never anything but compliments. They even repaired a roof for a 90 year old widow and refused to take money from her. Great work, honestly and integrity are very important. Last year I made the decision to re-roof my home and SPS did the job. Would never use anyone else.

I'm a third vote for McGinnis Builders of Summerfield. They showed up with a crew of 6 at 7:30- finished by 12:30 PM. Highly recommend
