We want to put powered stairs to the garage attic and so far the only company we find is Majic Stairs (Majic Stairs - Attic Stairs, Home Storage Solutions). Does anybody have experience with them? Any other suggestions? Thank you in advance.

We just looked at a home with power stairs installed by that company. We have standard pull down stairs.

Our rep pushed the button and down came the stairs, it was very smooth not so quick. But it was so so fascinating to watch, you wanted to push the button again.
Not sure of cost compared to manual, but if you have a hard time pulling down stairs it would be worth it.

Have the Magic Stairs and am thoroughly pleased. Got a package with the Versalift. Also had the attic floor expanded and made sure of the load bearing requirement.
