Default mvp garage door opener

I need to replace one of my mvp garage door openers. I’ve seen them on Amazon but it appears to be difficult to program so that it works. In addition, it seems that an additional problem is that if you do get the new one working the second opener doesn’t work.

I’d appreciate some advice as to the easiest way to get a new opener and have it programmed. I’m sure there is some local company that can do this but I’d also like some advice if buying online is a viable option.

Thanks in advance for your attention and consideration.

Go to Romac on Rolling Acres Road. I think it is the only local place to carry the MVP openers. I am told generics won't work with MVPs.

I bought one online at half the cost of RoMac. No problem programming, just followed instructions that came with opener.

Easy to program On your MPV Garage door up down pad just under down arrow you'll see a small hole.
Insert small nail or straighten out a paper clip push gently into the small hole. Look at your garage door opener a small light should appear.
You'll have about 30 seconds either open the door or close it all the while holding center button on new remote
Your done code entered

The price Romac wants for them...is simply outrageous.

Bought one for less than half of Romac's price on Amazon...and it was easy to program.

I purchased a couple extra MVP garage remotes on line, via Amazon, a couple of years ago. The instructions available by doing a search on Google are MUCH easier to follow. I had no trouble programming them with those instructions. Hope this helps.
