Default Need a good plumber

When my washer empties..the water in one of the toilets seems to be partially 'drawn out'..I'm sure they both share the 'waste pipe'.

Otherwise, toilets flush ok....doesn't seem like there is aproblem there..maybe possibly in the pipe..outside. just seems when water from washer empties ..too much water in the pipe causes this situation. Yes, we use Angel Soft TP.

Would like some recommendations to have this checked out with a good plumber.

Thank you.

I would recommend Mike Scott plumbing. It sounds like your system may have a venting problem, which can cause a negative air pressure in the drain and suck water from the toilet.

Mike Scott Plumbing. We just used them Saturday and very happy with their response and work. They work 24/7 with no extra charge on weekends. Called them at 11 and here at 2, done and out the door at 3 and it was not an emergency.

Neighbor just had Mike Scott Plumbing out for faucet leak at wash tub in garage and same issue in faucet in bathroom. Plumber fixed garage faucet with new washer in 15 minutes. 2 hours later bathroom faucet not fixed as plumber said looks like you need a new faucet. $306.00 for one washer seems a bit much. No bill adjustment. MS office said all they could do is no trip charge next time. Next time, really?

we used Kiley to install a circulator on the hot water line (now we don't waste a gallon of water at the kitchen sink waiting for hot water) the guy came on time, professional enough, did the job, no problems....only time that we've had need of a plumber in TV

I don’t recommend Scott Plumbing either once you’re out of warranty. They didn’t come when I really needed them, they were going to leave us with no water for a second night for ongoing problem. I also don’t recommend Charlie’s Plumbing out of Leesburg. The younger plumber totally messed up installation of new kitchen sink faucet. They supposedly are sending a more experienced plumber out to fix it.

Default A Great Plumber

I would use Johnson Brothers Plumbing. 352-269-6291. They have been great to us. I had used Mike Scott in the past, I think they are unprofessional and overcharge you. Johnson Brothers are professional, on time, clean and very reasonable.
