Smile Need Help Getting a Bedroom Set to Granddaughter in North Carolina

Can anyone offer an economical suggestion for getting a bedroom set (2 twin beds, dresser, mirror night stand) to our granddaughter's in Greenville, North Carolina? We have heard that there are services that do partial shipments etc. but have not had any luck finding one. Of course, this makes no sense if the cost of shipping is more than the cost of the bedroom set. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I, also, need to send an easy chair to NC for re-upholstery and would like the same shipping info. Thanks, in advance, for any suggestions.

Probably cheapest? Just rent truck and haul it up there.

Yes, I looked into that. If I were moving a substantial amount of things it would be good, but for just a few items it is not financially feasible.

Try Stars and Stripes Movers. I used them to pick up a designer chair I bought from someone in Philly and deliver it to me in The Villages. They are run by Vets, I believe.
813-300-4593. Tell them Jane with the designer chair from Philly referred you.

We ended getting a quote from Uship. We received 5 bids, booked with an economical, reliable shipper and had great success. We were very happy with USip and would highly recommend it to others! Thank you to simpilot for the suggestion! It worked perfectly for us.
